its dimensions are 7' diameter and 30' length, it would have a volume of about 1154 ft3. Liquid propane weighs 31.7 lb/ft3 depending on the source of information so that would make the cargo weight about 36,600 lbs or 18.3 tons, which is not a particularly heavy load for a 3' gauge car.

But there are a lot of guesses in this analysis.
