The Rattle and the Roar volumes you can get at Chama Steam Website
Jays site. The Midland Terminal you can get as a DVD with the sound
recordings and film footage on the DVD called Pikes Peak Route it also as Cog Railroad and Georgetown Loop tourist stuff. I got it at the RR Museum in Golden. The Terminal Midland stuff is worth the price.
