Hey Roger, now that I work elsewhere, whats the deal on the red boxcar Snackcars, I understood that it was illegal "FRA Rule" to carry any wood framed car between the locomotives and the heavy steel framed passenger cars or inside the train between steel framed passenger cars, will they be carried at the rear and switched at Osier so they always remain at the rear of the trains!

Just curious, I remember having that conversation with a FRA inspector and understanding that wood framed cars could only be carried at the rear of a Cumbres & Toltec train consisting of Steel framed passenger cars.
