Ron;
There were small pieces of ore and some metal parts visible on the surface of these wreck sites. A little searching uncovered more parts and ore. I'm sure there are many minor wreck sites that are as yet uncovered. We discovered another wreck site almost by accident last year just north of Benton. I noticed a large amount of what looked asphalt near the ROW and after staring at it for a few minutes realized it was fuel oil that had run off the ROW and lead directly to a wreck site where we found pieces of journal boxes and broken pieces of wood from both a car body and a locomotive cab. I'll post pics later of this find.
