SPNG ROW & Unknown wreck site

Here's an aerial view of the east side of Montgomery Pass. It sort of looks like C&C's version of Tanglefoot curve when you're out walking it. There are actually two wreck sites in this photo for which there seem to be no photos or records. One wreck site is located at the horsehoe curve on the right side of the photo. At this location were freight car parts as well as Carter style journal box covers.
The second wreck location was on the straight section just east (to the right) of the upper horseshoe curve on the left side of the photo. We found more car parts here as well as a small locomotive tender water leg valve handle, pieces of asbestos pipe lagging, and a piece of a belt, shoe, and what looked like suspender buttons(not good things to find at a wreck site). There were also shipping tags for the Crane Company (a plumbing firm) and a Pittsburgh PA, pipe company as well as a brass smashed SP Sunset herald boxcar lock. Both of these sites had very nice pieces of Malachite and Azurite as well as large pieces of what appears to be Carborundum. We guess that the date for the second wreck is 1900-1915 based on the shipping tags but can't seem to narrow it down beyond that. I also would like to know where the mineral specimens came from as they both appear to be copper ores and I am unaware of any copper mines along the SPng. Does anybody have any info on either of these wrecks?
