Burnt Cabins, PA, as far as I know. Several proposed railroads that were to come up either from Cumberland or run east-west just south of the EBT created several "pushes" to build the Shade Gap branch in the late 1800s into the 1900s. The primary east-west route, the South Penn RR, was the result of a war between the NYC and PRR. The EBT was to meet it at Burnt Cabins, on the west side of the tunnel through Tuscarora Mountain.
Grading reached Burnt Cabins, and an interchange yard was leveled, but tracks had only reached Shade Gap by the time the "war" was settled. A later revival of the South Penn caused the EBT to extend the branch to Neelyton, but that's as far is it got.
The PA Turnpike was built on some of the South Penn grade, and the EBT shipped a lot of construction materials to Neelyton and other points along the branch at that time. That was the last major movement of goods over the Shade Gap branch, and the Shade Gap to Neelyton section was torn up shortly after.
