Its an EBT harp stand. Sorry for the confusion. The way the 3 into 4 works is the point slides over to allow standard gauge equipment to operate over it. In the 4 rail section the outside rails are standard gauge. This was done so that standard gauge cars would be centered over the narrow gauge track to make swaping trucks easier. It hasnt been used in years and when we rebuilt that track we only put a standard gauge tie in every 4th tie and only spiked the standard gauge track to those ties. The third rail past the draw isnt even spiked down. Its just kinda there.
