I agree with you about the need to be historically accurate. I also believe Roger was right when he said that those who feel that way and live in the area should arrange to sit down with the Commission, explain their views, offer their assistance and then see what the response is. People can shout from the rooftops here until they are blue in the face. Nothing will change. It is only in dialogue with the Commission that change can occur. Will historians get everything they want? Maybe not, but this is the way to begin to bring change. There have been a lot of management changes at the C&TS in the past ten years. A lot can be lost in that kind of turmoil. Things are stabilizing now. Let's try to work together for the future. When we disagree, let us still agree to be friends.
