Jerry this may surprise you but we agree on a lot of what is being discussed here. I believe Bill has a good idea and I also believe the two of you would be the best to ramrod the project.
Think about something = We have a new commission and a new management company and both IMHO are doing a good job with what they have to work with and what was facing them when they took over. I am told many things that they thought was available have not been found since the last change in management and commission.
IMHO if you guys put together a good program using photos as I suggested I believe it would be appreciated and used. I also suggested you make copies available to the commission, the friends and the management company.
Some times you have to do what you have to do and that was the case with 489. There was a coming out party for the press at 9:00 AM and the last of the painting had to be done starting at 11PM the night before and no one could find the stencils and yes they had been looked for, so one set was made and time dictated that it be used on both sides. They know about it and when time and money are available it will be fixed. As far as the trim I guess it is a matter of personal taste and we disagree.
