Why would anyone take offense ?
That video is splendid !

To me, the Alpine Tunnel is one of those "fabled" historic locations seen in old photos and books, along with the likes of Lizard Head Pass, The Ophir Loop, Marshall Pass, and so many others.

During past vacations to Colorado, I have stood at Lizard Head Pass, seen the beauty of Trout Lake, driven over Marshall Pass, and enjoyed many rides around Tanglefoot Curve, just to name a few favorite spots.

My "hit-list" for someday, among many other locations, I too want to stand in awe of the Pallisades, and wander around the portals and remains of Alpine Tunnel.

Fascinating. Thank You for sharing it.
