Alamosa Ridership

I noticed yesterday on the Alamosa webcam that it appeared that they used 7 coaches on the La Veta run. Does anyone know what the ridership has been. With the price of fuel it would seem that the number of riders would dictate the frequency of the La Veta runs, and it was advertized that they would make the La Veta run 7 days a week. Also, the Royal Gorge has been successful with the evening dinner train. Has the Rio Grande Scenic considered an evening run, to like Monte Vista, a dinner train or building a restaurant and hotel at the top of La Veta. A resort at the top of La Veta Pass would be a hoot.
