The one website with information that I know of is the one below

Some one said the the lettering on the rear of the cab may simply be K-28

But I cannot be sure. it is possible the only lettering on the cab is K-28 and WP&Y. Or could it be USA. I am really really curious what the lettering on the loco and tender is, if anyone even has a guess, please tell me
