Ex K-28's WP&Y 250 Class

Got a few questions about the 250 Class (ex D&RGW K-28's) up on the WP&Y railroad.

Does anyone know what markings were on the locomotives. Pictures that I have seen show a large print "USA" on the tender, all the K-28 number boards seem to have their 250 class number, and there is some marking in the lower rear corner of the cab, but I have no clue what it says. its possible it only reads "WP&Y"

But what, if any, other markings were on the engines? Was there anything written on the back of the tender? Were there any markings on the cab?

In repainting Todd's K-28 for Trainz Railroad simulator to show the 250 class, but I am unsure exactly what markings were on the locomotives.
