John,
at least engine 69 is running. But they work hard to get 73 back on track very soon. I'm not sure if there is a change to have both steam engines running at the same time. You always need a second crew. And who will pay a double header.
Come up and enjoy all the beauty of Skagway. Get a cup of coffee at the WP&YR depot ( high recomended) and run the train.
