The key to pulling off a major festival is having enough infrastructure to house and feed (and empty
) the *people*. Antonito does not have the number and quality (chain) of hotels, multiple restaurants, stores, etc., that would be needed to pull of a major festival.
So if a major festival happens, it will have to be centered in Alamosa.
