I think it is a Davenport; the side feed for the coal in one wall of the cab is one of several visual clues. If you consult the back of Conrad's Volume #2, I think it is the Davenport in Texas that he was missing details on.
The former Alamo Cement Plant now Alamo Cement Plaza in San Antonio is a fantastic adaptive reuse of a industrial facility. The original buildings including smokestacks have been adaptive reused as a shopping mall; the exhaust duct to the stacks have been glassed over and are used as display windows!
There are other pieces of equipment in addition to the locomotive on display in traffic circles around the parking lot. The Davenport, along with the other equipment, was probably used at the location; I think it previous owner was San Antonio Portland Cement.

I have a picture of the Henschel; Ed alreadly posted a picture of the other engine. We rode right by the enginehouse on the train; but I did not have my camera ready, so I missed a shot of it.
I believe the diesel-hydraulic unit is in the tenders; the engines are for sure. I think they drive the wheels through a drive shaft under the cab; but could not make out any of the other details. All of the running gear and even the air brake pumps are still in place.
