El Coke is right about #4. She was built brand new for the Klondike Mines Railway that ran out of Dawson City in the Yukon Territory of Western Canada. She only ran there for two years before the K.M.Ry stopped operations in 1913.
During W.W. II the White Pass, or the U.S. Army to be more accurate, brought the #4 back up the Yukon River to begin her days of running on the White Pass as a yard goat in Skagway until 1955.
