That makes very good sense, and was reading out of "Ship's and narrow gauge rails" last night and it has a short chapter about the Seattle coal and transportation Co. It looks like the only locomotives they ever had were a pair of baldwin 0-6-0 tank engines, and both are accounted for. It would be neat to see some photos of the cars too.
