Talk about old cars and memories. My first trip to Durango was in a '52 Ford V8 fourdoor sedan, black with a white top, white virgin naugahide trimed seat covers. I think we got about 9 miles to the gallon. January 1960. All the way from San Francisco and back. Found that coaled fired steam engines and white virgin naugahide don't mix well. The naugahide lost.
