The 19 has been having auxiliary generator problems which keep it from loading properly. One had trashed out bearings, the other had so-so bearings. Both were sent out for rebuild. If I got the whole story right, the real bad one will take a while. So we have a "loaner" from the Loop. The other should be back now. When the real bad one gets done, we'll send it to Silver Plume to replace the loaner.
We need to get #19 back on the road (reliably). Using the 463 as a work train engine is fun for the fans, but an expensive operation. Besides, I have better things for 463 to do.
