Letters of support needed for C&N-W #30 *LINK*

As part of the ongoing effort to restore Colorado & Northwestern locomotive #30/Colorado & Southern 74/Rio Grande Southern #74 in Boulder Colorado, the Boulder County Railway Historical Society is applying for a grant from Colorado's State Historical fund to complete the cosmetic restoration of the locomotive. Our last application was turned down, the primary reason cited was a "lack of strong letters of support". For this application we would like to bury them in letters of support. So, if any of you out there would like to see #30/74 looking a little better and have a few minutes please write a letter supporting our application. Letters should be addresses to teh Colorado Historical ociety and may be emailed to me at amjm@indra.com or faxed to 303-652-1438. The grant application needs to be sent out tomorrow, so time is of the essence. (My real job has kept me away from activities such as grant writing for the past few weeks so I am trying to put this together at the last minute)
