A couple of more things that I just thought of.

It looks like the Commission and the friends are close to an operating agreement. I think this will be the new agreement to replace the old triad agreement.

The commission and the management company and the Friends are going to walk the property again to see about other potential locations for the new visitors center (museum) the Friends are going to build.

A long discussion and photos of the problems at the Chama trestle and the plan to fix the problems.
