About a year ago I asked the same question on another forum. The answer I got was that it was being rebuilt by a fellow named Milne out in Yelm Wa.
It was said at the time that some running gear work had been done, and the "engine" itself had been rebuilt. Nothing was said about the boiler, or if it still had tube time left on it or not. There were a couple of pictures posted that indicated a lot of work left to be done, but as I said, it was about a year ago.
