At this point we need to hope for a slow and steady melt that helps bring down the drifts to workable levels and such that flooding does not cause erosion to the grade and damage to the bridges/drains along the way. If rains move in during the melt a flash flood could be devistating.

We should watch the NWS hydrology reports very carefully come spring.

This will be a very challenging year at the start up for operations.
