#71 ran on a short section of track in Central City (think it was Central City, perhaps it was actually Black Hawk). I don't recall exactly how long the trackage was, but it wasn't more than 2 miles at the longest. The operation with #71 only existed those 3 seasons from 1987 to 1989, and then was gone. The engine pulled a gondola converted to carry passengers, as well as C&S combine #20, which still sits with the #71 today, on the rock pedestal next to a Central City Casino.
