At this moment I am having a brain meltdown. The original idler was rebuilt just prior to the undertaking of OB. We plan to repaint the car during the Friends B work session and use it with OB, provided the line is open to get the car from Chama to Antonito. In what some FOOL has called the information age it has come to our attention that there were some folks out there that would have liked to have participated in the rebuilding of OB. Let me say personally and physically I and the rest of the group in Colorado Springs would have welcomed you with open arms if we had known. We hope to take on a new project after OB. When that occurs please give John Engs a call or e-mail and you also can enjoy the sunburns, splinters and other fun things. Also here is a shot of OB today in the CRF. The rollers are being worked on. The ladder/mast brace was bolted down. Rigging of the mast support cables were done. Some steam pipes were re-worked. This week its hoped the brakes, steam lines, rollers, engine are all taken care of. We plan to get a construction air compressor to test the engine and brakes and run the cables onto the drums.
