IMHO yes it is possible it will depend on what kind of spring we have. If our winter and our spring continue to be wet, snow removal will be a major problem and some of it the railroad really does not control. The forest road to Osier is a good example.

Right now I HOPE there is a effort to check some of the buildings cuz of the snow load.

Plus or minus 8 feet since the 1st of January and we had a bunch in December as well.
