I think my new occupation is moving snow around over here near Mancos, about 25 miles West of Durango. Wind is definitly blowing the stuff into drifts. About the time I get dug out from one storm, I go over to Durango to help dig my dad out, then I catch up on errands, buy some more fuel for the tractor, go home and the next storm hits.
Its now around 4 feet deep out in my meadows, and the pile behind my shop has met the stuff coming off the roof, so I may be shoveling there soon, but so far the rest of the metal roofs are shedding fast enough.
Man this sure gives you a lot of respect for the MOW guys of yore AND today!
I hope to see some of you guys at the evening photo shoot at the roundhouse this Saturday. I hope I can keep a path dug to get out then too!
