Triple Coupler Pocket

Does anyone know if any narrow gauge D&RGW engines were fitted with a triple coupler pocket for dual gauge service other than 496/491?

From previous posts, it is clear that the tender behind 494 at Antonito is 496's tender, used on 491 after 1955. That is the only triple pocket I've ever seen on a locomotive.
