I'm not a lawyer, nor a fan of lawyers, but just remember - they are only carrying out the directives of their clients when they instigate a lawsuit. To them, winning a suit is just the same as taking part in any sport - and who enters a sport to lose?

I'd rather go after the mamby-pamby's on the the benches of our courts who bend over backwards to make the innocent out to be the guilty party, and come up with every whipstitch reason under the sun to make the accused innocent. That's my rant for the day!!
