Dan and Skip: If you look at the color photo Dan posted and I have this photo on my computer already, also pirated from a website, but perhaps clearer than the posting, you will notice the the locomotive with the damaged cab next to the snow plow is 80(20) not 81(19). You can tell this by looking at the fireman's side running board. 81 has the air reservoir mounted higher and the running board elevated above the air reservoir to back to the rear of the compressor. On 80 with the damaged cab, the air tank is mounted lower and the running board doesn't step up except at the compressor. Until I had a chance to look closer at the photos, I thought perhaps the cabs had been switched, but the damaged cab now setting on 80 (20) at McEwen matches the one on 80 setting next to the rotary in the color photo. 81's old cab which is stored down in Baker is rough, but not tweaked that bad.
Sorry Sam, don't hold your breath on the color photo, unless one of my friends finds they have it to post. The computer that may it is not in use and is my sons, and I don't know when I will get around to setting it up as it is minus cabling, monitor, keyboard and mouse. Not on my urgent list of to dos. at the moment.
