The Jacobi has been finished and since May 2006 operates. In Oct. 06 she took a field trip to the Muskao Wald Eisenbahn close to the border with Poland and really got to stretch her legs. I've even got videos of her in the woods, down on her knees slipping repeatedly and catching her footing and climbing out of the hole, awesome. Maybe I should figure out how to post it on youtube...
The missing parts were expensive (missing cross head €3000) and complicated, complet brake rigging... The Benner brothers in the pictures are the main owners/restorers, my dad is also in ground in the picture that orginized the re-patriation.
