I really like the Baldwin Mallets that ran (last 3 retired in 1980) on the Donna Teresa Christina Railroad in Brazil. Modern Steam @ DTCrr This mallet looks good stuffed (see Google earth Tubarão, Santa Cantarina 28°29'1.64"S ; 49° 0'46.35"WR

But this one with the ABPF, Rio Negrino, Santa Catarina (26°15'56.09"S; 49°30'30.58"W) which is being worked on, recently got new tubes and was hydroed, and my run again in the next few years. Are you Sumpter Valley Fans jealous yet?

By the way here is a good paperback that has lots of pictures and lists with at least intro and photo captions in English as well as Portuguese.
