Hi Fred,

I know what you mean about the FAA. I have had to deal with them also. However, by in large, I have found it is a more pleasant experience to deal with the FRA. The FRA regulations seem to be more straight forward and stay in place for a while. The FAA on the other hand is rule happy. If someone sneezes on an airplane there is a new rule passed about that. I am reminded about this every time I update my Jeppesen J Aid Flight manuals.

Keep the firewood handy....hopefully we can use in one of these days on Cumbres.
