Sounds like a great deal for the railroad.
Questions:
Is this a conditional grant? That is, are there strings attached?
No doubt, 800 Large is a lot of money. However I imagine that ties, rail, ballast and equipment could chew through that amount in short order. What might the railroad hope to accomplish with those funds?
