Rod,

Pyle-National lights were an off the shelf item.

The number wings had no independent lighting. THe lighting was dependent on the ambient light left over from the headlight bulb (it wasn't much)

The wings usually used a painted stencil over a piece of frosted glass.

I can't accurately answer your question on the radial markers, but I would guess that there was a piece of Green Glass that rotated somehow.
