Steve,

Thanks for posting that, I've always been a little worried that something might happen to those engines. I'm very glad that they should be safe now.

The Krupps were interesting loco's with an interesting history. Being traded for with Germany for banana's and coffee, several waiting out WWII in Columbia after having to 'make a run' for a safe harbor while en-route in September of '39, etc.etc. I was told that as built they had THREE atomizers...Supposedly they were liked by engine-crews but despised by the mechanics due to everything having "Messerschmidt threads". Someone should write an article on them...

Sad that this is the last movement though. Hopefully it's only the last movement temporarily?
