18 and 20 were part of a deal wherein a larger SP&S engine was traded to GCRR. The SP&S needed considerable restoration before operating. Reportedly 20 was for parts. 18 is operational and was used a few times this past season. I understand her fuel mileage was a shock to the owner/operators.
