Train #10 RGS Oct 1, 1904

RGS engines #2 & #10 leaving Rico towards Ridgeway with the following cars:
Coalcar D&RG #1127, 20 tons "timber" bound for Grand Junction.
Boxcar D&RG #3609, 16 tons "timber" bound for Grand Junction.
Coalcar D&RG #8615, 13 tons "timber" bound for "??????".
Boxcar D&RG #3349, 14 tons "timber" bound for "????????".
Boxcar D&RG #3430, 13 tons "timber" bound for "????????".
Boxcar D&RG #3481, 13 tons "timber" bound for "????????".
Boxcar D&RG #3190, 20 tons "coal" bound for Telluride.
Boxcar D&RG #3029, 4 tons "powder" bound for Coke ovens.
Caboose RGS#0404

Train started up Lizard head and cut out the back boxcar #3029 at Coke Ovens. At milepost 41,added boxcar D&RG #1593, 20 tons of ore, bound for Pueblo. Continued and stopped to add some cars at Vance Junction. Added the following:

Boxcar D&RG #3013, 5 tons "merchandise" bound for Ridgeway.
Boxcar D&RG #3657, 5 tons "B Keggs" (Beer?) bound for Denver.
Boxcar D&RG #3660, 21 tons "sand" bound for Grand Junction.

Train continued to Placerville and dropped off Coal car #8615, then went up grade to Dallas divide. At the top it dropped off boxcar #3481. The train then went on down to Ridgeway with the rest of the cars.

can't make out the time on the sheet very well, looks as if they left Rico at 9:20 am and got to Ridgway at 9:15 PM - anybody know if this was standard on the RGS.
