I too would like to have seen the Q black and gray scheme. One comment I heard was that there was some concern that the Porter would be too noticable and dwarf the train. It is a big engine compared to anything else at the Loop.

The 21's colors were picked by the C&W shops (old C&W or CF&I scheme?) with CHS' approval.
