Baldwin built some beautiful 4-8-2 for Columbia 3' gauge lines in June 1947. #104 & #105 were class 4-8-2, 18 1/2S 18 for F.C.DelPacifico.
They also built #70 to 73 for F.C.DeGirardot-Tolima-Huila in June 1947. It's class was 18 1/2 S 22. You must find and use the Baldwin class numbers to obtain any plans for Harrisburg's collection of 30,000 plans. Eventually you will be able to order over the web. PRR
