Not necessarily, it all depends on condition. I seem to remember that this locomotive was serviceable not all that long ago, and you have to remember that it isn't a very large steam engine. If she's complete and in reasonable shape, I wouldn't doubt you could get her retubed and repaired for around $50,000. But if there is anything wrong with the boiler, quadruple that. Be great if she was restored though, she'd be the only operating Vulclain Compound I believe.
