I wish I knew more, but my information comes from some D&GRW accounting books: they seem to use "accounting dates": like 6-30-??, or 12-31-??, and lots of times they just put in the year...so we can only get a rough idea of when.
As for the "Partition wall" it dosn"t say between which stalls it was built..I would guess that the wall was built between stalls 4 and 5.(starting by the river with stall 1).
In 1944 they tore down 4 stalls and 3 pits "up to the 1929 partition" leaving 5 stalls, then in 1956 3 more stalls came down,leaving what we have today.....So my best guess would be that the 1929 partition was between stalls 4 & 5.
For my model of the Chama roundhouse I am building the 5 stall roundhouse based on the above data...I guess if its not right it will give the nit-pickers something else to whine about.
