The Loop & CDOT - Hearing

Just heard a radio ad from CDOT (CO Dept. of Transportation) stating an I-70 public hearing this Wednesday (01-12-05), 5-8 PM, at Clear Creek High School on Floyd Hill, with a 'presentation' scheduled at 6.
The CDOT website mentions only 'environmental impact' (the .pdf download is taking forever!), but IIRC, the ad mentioned development - and that's one of the concerns about replacing THE Georgetown Loop Railroad with Railstar, i.e., if the Loop fails, then CDOT gets less static about grading over the Loop ROW to widen the interstate.
