August Moonlight Train Question

Does anyone of authority know the correct price and phone number for ordering tickets on the Aug 4 moonlight train?
The official railroad web page lists $79/ticket (coach + meal) and one phone number, whereas the Friends web page lists $70 ($65 for members) and a different phone number.
I am attempting to plan ahead, but don't know who to call.
