Yes, New Mexico is requiring all visitors to quarantine for 14 days. Note the word requirement, and not a suggestion. Also face masks are required everywhere. No indoor dining, only take out unless the place offers outdoor seating then the restaurant has to restrict number of diners. I live in South-Central New Mexico so we see a lot of out of state visitors, mostly CA, AZ, and TX. Many visitors comply, but unfortunately many don't. This area I'm in has a lot of people of retirement age that chose the area to live, so those guys are extra careful of exposure to Covid. One comment I hear from people that live here is they are angry that many out of state visitors are not complying with the mask and isolation directive from the governor. The visitors that don't comply are outwardly defiant, so I understand the complaint from locals.
