Just my opinion, but, there's a big difference between building a car for museum display, or to be moved, -maybe- a few hundred yards in the next few decades, and building one to get hauled regularly on 64 mile trips over a 10,000 ft mountain range, getting pounded by train weight, and 2 K-36s.
We -also- do some cars -just- for display, and they might only get a handful of lumber replaced (especially livestock cars).
Also, a difference between a handful of cars, and, 120 car fleet, with some cars actually being used for real MOW work.
Just different perspectives.
