Here is one final set of views on this thread covering the week of UP steam and narrow gauge
4014 and 844 in Echo Canyon, Utah, on May12
A couple of miles west of Rock Springs, Wyoming, on May 13
480 and the second train of the day are just passing the Silverton wye, just a quarter mile from the Silverton depot and the standby diesel with three open cars on May 15
476 passing the Silverton depot. The artificial "mountains" next to the track are some of the accumulated snow plowed from Silverton streets.
