This is the only other pic worth posting. The first picture in the series was rather blurry, I suspect we were surprised when we saw the train and quickly grabbed a shot. The other unscanned shots either have no smoke or the engine behind some trees (I was good at that). By the time the lead engine got close to us it was pretty much in the rapidly creeping shadows. After the train passed we had to hike two miles back to Osier in the dark. We had hoped to get all the way to Rock Tunnel but luckily we saw the train before we got any farther. Luck is usually more important than skill.
