Folks,
I seem to remember reading a report here that the #2 has the wrong builder's plate in it. When Ward Kimball was rebuilding her for his back yard railroad, somebody gave him an old Baldwin builder's plate from the 20th century.

Is the plantation locomotive really BLW #6944 of 1883?

The search box here did not turn up the issue; perhaps I saw it someplace else?
